NY Business Defense Fund
As the legal arm of The Public Policy Institute of New York State, Inc. we will challenge federal, state and local government regulatory overreach and unconstitutional legislation. The New York Business Defense Fund will work to ensure the legislative climate promotes economic growth for New York businesses.
On behalf of the New York State business community we will file amicus curiae briefs in important litigation throughout the state and federal appellate courts, including in the Supreme Court of the United States.
A diverse group of indivduals representing New York's business and legal communities. The committee will provide objective opinions, input and knowledge regarding potential and pending legal action of the New York Business Defense Fund.
